Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Being happy with a job is more important than having a high salary. Use specific reasons and details to support your opinion. |
Lately, due to the financial and social stagnation, applying for a job became one of the most considerable issue among the new graduates and young unemployeed. Such situation sometimes let the desire of people alter into only finding a high paid jobs and careers even though it is not in their interest. In addition, people often misunderstand the real meaning of life that materialism is the most critical aspect in human life. In this sense, the emendation should be necessary for the comprehensive opinion of myself.
People today are much more eager to find a job or any part-time jobs than any time in history, thus gradually diminishing the true interest of their career. It is true that salary is important in order to live in the current society, however the idea of any high-paid job is good is a total blandishment. If a person consider the long term effect, they should choose their career in regard to their own interest. Enjoying one's job is a crucial feature for an employee since the core motive power to work comes from how much a worker enjoys his/her job. Enjoyment of a job makes the worker to be more concentrated in one's work and live a life according to their interest, instead of being apathetic to the job.
Besides, high-paid jobs are usually more laborious and stressful. Moreover, if a person only desires high salary, he/she in often times would choose to work more than normal. This would not only stress the worker's body and mind, but also instabilize the social agenda of a person. Everyday labor wiithout any enjoyment or goals to motivate the worker would discourage the worker's desire to work, and on the long run would most likely to mess up their entire life.
As a result, instead of being ambitious of finding a high-paid job that is out of one's interest, I would strongly encourage people to follow their interest enjoy both their job and their life as a whole. |
