제 문제점이...똑같은 단어를 너무 많이 쓴다는 점 ㅠㅠ |
When it comes to the question "which one is effective between working during the day and at night" it is very valuable debate to discuss. Some people might say working at night is better, saying that people can work quietly because most people sleep at that time. In opposition to this opinion, I strongly insist that working during the day is more coherent. The reason behind this is that every person can work effectively while seeing the sun, as well as their body can be remained.
To begin with, some people like to work at night rather than afternoon. However, since it is too silent, they are easy to fall asleep. Moreover, working on afternoon is more efficient because they get energy from the sun. The sun makes people energetic and stable. To illustrate, personally, I've never seen that my friends who usually work at night get good marks on schooling. They were oversleeping even at school because they didn't sleep enough at night. On the other hand, my friends who work during the day usually have great marks on schooling. Judging from my personal experience, working during the day is more coherent.
On top of that, if people work at night for a long period, their body can be worse. What it means is that people are born to work during the day and sleep during the night. That's why people eat meals in the morning, afternoon and before they sleep. But if they work at night, since they can't sleep, they will need energy to work. Finally, they might eat at least 4 times. For instance, during the vacation, I have experienced the samething. I went to bed late, due to a work. Since I ate the dinner at 7, I was hungry at dawn. As a result, I ate a lot late, so I became fatter. In this view point, working at night is never good.
In conclusion, working during the day is adequate rather than working at night. The rationale behine this is that people not only can get energy to work from the sun, but also remain their good body. For these reasons, I strongly argue my idea which is working during the day is better. |
