▶ Your Answer : In the 21st century, we are living in the world of media, such as a television, or movies. These media have been influencing people's behavior in various ways. The first thing is that people tend to buy much stuff that celebrities on TV are wearing. The second thing is that people are prone to mimic the violent actions or words on TV or movies. To begin with, once popular celebrities wear clothes or jewelry, they are sold out as soon as TV programs are aired. This means that TV lead some people who buy on impulse. In my sister's case, she usually enjoys watching TV show, which BTS come out. Whenever she watches the TV show, she looks at clothes, shoes BTS is wearing. After that, she gets on the Internet, and buy much stuff. If people like celebrity, it is likely that people want to have stuffs their favorite celebrities have. It has a bad impact on people's behavior because it can damage people's saving. They can lose their conception of economy so spend a lot of money on unnecessary things.
Furthermore, it is likely that people can mimic the action or words of celebrities on TV or movies. It can increase the aggression, especially children or adolescent. In my case, I like watching gangster movies. A few years ago, New World, which was the most popular gangster movie in South Korea, came out. In the movie, gangs killed, and swore someone. Their actions and words had been popular in our age. My friends and I used to imitate the movie's scenes. However, the problem was that I often used the words on daily lives, such as in a conversation with my family and girlfriend. Thus, I was tied up in knots. What I want to say is that TV and movies have bad impacts on people's behavior.
Of course, TV and movies have been important things in our lives. We watch them as one of our hobbies. However, TV and movies can not only encourage impulse buying, but also increase the aggression of children or adolescent.
