In my opinion, however, I support that hard work is the most important factors for success. First of all, working hard is more crucial factor for success than being lucky because hard work accompanies an educational process. To be specific, working hard creates opportunity to achieve many success and meet many successful people who experienced same course, which as a result allows people to obtain valuable information, stay ahead, and attain personal growth. People need to educated throughout their lives because education is the most powerful weapon that they can use to change the world. For example, Bill Gates, who is the founder of Microsoft, made great accomplishment, in his lifetime. I read online that he was very successful because he was able to met great people who were very successful and gain useful information from them. He did this by working hard to make them willing to meet him. Second, working hard is also considered the greater factors for success than being lucky because hard work helps people to learn about building relationships with others. In fact, hard work provides opportunity to get along with many people by working together, which allows people to learn how to build relationships through communicating their thoughts and connecting each others' feelings. Building relationships is a great way to develop increasingly important social, interpersonal, and communication skills. For instance, when I was university student, I worked part-time in the law firm. It was very crucial experience for me at that time because many successful people who was working very hard in my work place had relationships with successful people not only in their field but also different other fields such as political and economic fields. Through this experience I realized that if I work hard, I can have such relationships with other successful people in different fields, would make me further successful. In conclusion, I firmly believe that hard work is more crucial factor for success than being lucky. It is my belief that my argument regarding this issue has been efficiently and precisely delivered with the reasons mentioned above.
