having a job in which you work with other people is better than having a job in which you work alone. |
Some people prefer to work along to work with other people since relationship often causes problems at work. Although I also have experiences of hardship with co-workers, I sill prefer to work with other people. This is because people can help each other, and socialize in a group. To begin with, unlike working alone, people can help each other in group working. When people are working, there are always obstacles which aren’t easy to solve. In that case, people, who work in a group, have a better chance to solve the problems. To illustrate this point, at first, I wanted to figure out my problems by myself without others’ help at work. However, I realized that I was wrong. Since all employees have different talents and perspectives, it is better to help from others who are better than me. Likewise, as I get others help, I also help others when the problems come to my specialty. It is evident that to work with others is more efficient way to work. Moreover, when people work in a group, they can socialize easily. People spend huge amount of time to work. Specifically, they spend majority of their time at work, except the time for sleep. In this point of view, people should spend their time at work as good as possible since it is directly relate to the quality of their life. For example, I have a friend who is cartoonist. She spends most of her time alone. As a result of her life pattern, she has problems to socialize with others. She said that she is so stick to her cycle, so it's hard to change now, but if she is able to go back to the past, she would try to work with others. To summarize, without the slightest hesitation, I'd like to work with others rather than working a lone. This is not only because people can help each other when they work together, but also working in a group can make people socialize. On the whole, people spend much of their time at work, so they have to spend the time wisely, in order to be happy. Otherwise, it'll be waste of time. |
