I will be delighted if I have time to take a long one year trip to anywhere. Environment-friendly cities in Europe crowded but elegant cities in Japan, and one of most luxurious cities; Log Angles of the U.S could be my choices. Moreover, to enjoy my trip better, besides basic personal items, I will like to take a laptop equipped with wireless Internet. This is because I not only could find information through the Internet, but I also could have contact with my friends.
If I take a laptop, I could find information about countries, or cities that I will go. Even though one year might be long for someone, it is such a short time for me. Thus, I want to travel as efficient as I could. By finding information about cities through the Internet, I could find the place that fits to me, the cheapest hotel, historical site or other entertaining place. To be more specific, suppose I'm going to Jeju Island which is a Korean city. It might be difficult for me to choose where to go since I have any knowledge about it. However, if I use Google, which is a popular Internet search engine, I could get information starting from historical cites to traditional markets. Hence, when I take the laptop, I certainly could enjoy my trip.
In addition, I could communicate with friends. If I'm not with other people while traveling, it will be too lonely to travel for one year by myself. No matter how exciting the trip will be, I doubt that I could thoroughly enjoy it without any interaction with my friends. However, these concerns just fade away when I'm with my laptop. Whenever I want to see them, I could send email, visit their blogs, or have chatting by using MSN messenger. Although I will not have chances to have face-to-face communication, at least, I could exchange personal episodes with one another, and send pictures. It will enable me to get out of loneliness, leading to more enjoyable trip.
In conclusion, I will take the laptop because I could find information about cities I will visit trough the Internet and have communications with my friends. Indeed, the laptop will be a versatile object for me. |
