Q55)It is better to do one projects, and then begin to do another.( 2007,6,23) |
These days, it is important for people to finish their assigned projects in time. Therefore, it has been a controversial issue whether it is better to do one project, and then begin to do another or do lots of projects simultaneously. Some people may insist that it is better to many projects at the same time. As for me, however, I believe that it is desirable to do other projects after finishing one project. It can be a possible way to not only develop to concentrate on one project but also bring systematic effects.
First of all, finishing one project first would make it possible for people to concentrate on the project. To put it again, concentration is the most important thing to finish specific work. In cases and generally, people need to concentrate on what they do in order to handle the task perfectly; otherwise, people who handle specific work without concentration would have difficulty in managing the work. To take one of my cousin Jennifer as an example, she has changed into a person with concentration after dealing with lots of her university projects one by one for 4 years. Had it not been for her concentration, she could not manage to gain scholarship by dealing with lots of reports and projects. In this sense, there is no doubt that doing one project before start to handle other projects is greatly advantageous in terms of developing concentration. In addition, if people do one project first, this would be more helpful to deal with projects systematically than otherwise be possible. In other words, finishing one task first could provide them with more chances to bring systematic effect, which is an necessary asset to survive this busy society. According to a recent survey conducted by "British Human Research Institute," compared with other people who try to do lots of projects at the same time, those who try to do one project and then begin to do other projects showed greatly more systematic results, other conditions being equal. In fact, it is not difficult to hear or see the similar cases around us. Like this, it is needless to say that managing one project first helps people bring systematic effects. All things considered, although it is not a black-or-white issue whether people should finish one project first or many projects simultaneously, I strongly side with doing one project first. That is because by handling projects one by one, they can develop concentration and it can bring systematic effects. These merits seem to make more and more people try to settle one project and then start to do other projects. |
