In this world, each of people have different lifestyles. Especially in the way of eating food, some people prefer having food outside like a restaurant, and some people prefer having food at their home by themselves. Both ways have good things and bad things. In my opinion, I prefer to have a food at my home. By eating at home people can have more healthy food in order to keep their heath from harmful food. In addition, people can save money.
First of all, people can keep their health by eating at home. In restaurant, people can’t guarantee what kinds of ingredient were used in the foods. There is a possibility that the chef of the restaurant uses defective ingredients such as foods which are expired the time limit, or low quality and cheap ingredients in order to save the cost of making foods. On the other hand, if people have a food at home, they can notice what kind of ingredient they used, and they can choose only healthy ingredient for their health. As a result, by eating at home, people can prevent from eating defective foods, and keep their health.
Second, by eating at home, people can save money. Because a restaurant exists to get revenue, the price of foods in restaurants is more expensive than home made foods. According to the survey result of Federal Government, average price of having dinner at restaurant is $5 expansive than having dinner at home. This statistics shows that eating dinner at home everyday can save $150 per a month.
In sum, eating at home delivers good things. People can guarantee what they eat, and keep their health. In addition, people can save money. Therefore, I prefer to have a food at home.
