통합형 문제였습니다. 리딩에선 여러 superpower food 가 몸에 미치는 positive한 영향 대충 설명 나왔구요, 듣기지문에서는 교수가 이러한 food 가 exaggerated됐다고 그랬어요.
처음으로 통합형 해본거구요;;; 그냥 처음 해본거라 시간도 안재고 했는데 그래도 20분은 안지난것같습니다. 시간 안재고 시작해서 언제 끝나야되는지몰라 에세이 다쓰고 한번도 안고쳤어요.

Some people believe that some certain food have super power to that might prevent diseases or give energy. However, the professor claims that superpower-food theory is highly exaggerated. First of all, He points out that those experiments and studies only have been conducted on animals, not humans. For example, recent studies on positive effects of blueberries on our brains were only been studied with mice and other animals. Thus, one cannot directly conclude that blueberries will have the equal amount of impact on human beings. In addition, eating superpower food might be salutary concerning our own health, but it does not automatically prevent any specific diseases. Consider tomatoes as an example. Even though eating tomatoes will be healthy for our bodies, it is not guaranteed that no one who eats tomatoes will not have high-cholesterol rate. Therefore, the statement that superpower food will prevent our diseases is not always true. Moreover, the professor cast a doubt on discoveries on garlic and its efficacy of lowering cholesterol in our bodies. He stated that in the studies on garlic, the amount of cholesterol lowered in first three months, however, the progress stopped after six months and cholesterol did not decline anymore. In conclusion, the common belief about super food is not as credible as we think even though it is based on real scientific research. Therefore, we should not rely on the information as much and be careful when we obtain knowledge through different sources. |
