Twenty years from now, students will no longer use printed books. |
Those who value traditional ways might say that students will continue to use printed books in the future. However, I think that two decades later, they will not need paper books anymore. There are two main reasons. First of all, as far as weighing too much when bringing printed books is concerned, it is more convenient for students to bring electronic devices like PDA rather than printed books. When students go to school, they must bring many books and it weighs very much. They are tired of carrying a lot of books everyday. However, twenty years later, there will be many electronic devices which play an effective role instead of printed books. These objects are very small and contain numerous books in one chip. Thus, students will not have to carry lots of printed books to school and they will just bring a small device. Moreover, when it comes to increasing an studying efficiency, students will use an electronic device instead of printed books. Some people might say that until now, many people who succeed in their field have studied with printed books. However, if they had studied with electronic devices, they could have remained more excellent workings because there are so many strong points in these devices. Electronic devices such as PDA which contain contents of books are helpful because there are many functions to study effectively. There are functions like marking important parts and watching lectures through moving player. Students can not only skim unimportant things and see summaris of important contents which are marked but also take a class anytime they want with moving player. As far as society is getting more complex, the way of studying is changed. It was just to go to school and read books, but now it is to be able to study whenever they want and increase the efficiency of studying. To summarize, two decades later, students will not use printed books because these weigh too much and have a little efficiency when studying. |
