People should be allowed to use mobile (cell) phone when people use the public transportation |
In modern society, it has been controversial whether or not using the mobile phone in public transportation have to be permitted. However, I basically disagree with the position that most people legally have to be allowed harness their cell phone in train, bus, and subway. This because cellphone calling may cause loudly nosise, and the mobile phone is possible to replace by other telecomunication methods. I will illustrate these reasons in more detail from now on.
Most of all, using mobile phone in public transportaion may trigger sound which is detrimental to other people in same place. Generally, in the situation on calling, most people are not consider other persons, and say things realted to their common life. Moreover, even some people laugh while they are calling, and it has a negative impact on surrounding people`s emotion. Accordingly, these lacks of manner that consider other people may be major factor of preventiong people from using mobile phone in common transportations. For instance, I read in the Traportation Korea journal that 77,5% of passenger feel awful when other passengers are talking to other people by mobile phone. From this information, I convince that nosise problem triggered by mobile phone reaches serious level.
In addition, cell phone is not only one source that is possible to communicat with other people. As a matter of fact, there are many telecomunnicationg methods that do not negatively influence on other passenger in train, bus and subway. Moreover, these implements which could talk to other people in remote place is verty easy to keep in common places. For example, I am usually accompanied with notebook as metods that communicate with my firends. this machine is very convenient as well as possible to use multiple functions. From my experience, I conclude that there are relevent communicating methods in public transportation beside mobile phone.
In a fact, just as the english proverb goes "a coin has two sides", there might be some problem of my opinion. In contrast, I strongly claim that we could have better solution th solve this issue by prohibiting using cell phone in common transportation. This is because |
