Nowadays, as our society is getting more development, most of firms, organization even small companies need someone who has preminent ability and outstanding skills for engagement. These faculties can be gotten by learning specific knowledge, not self-confience. We can get significantly amount of knowledge, which give us extremely high qualiaties by learning from teacher. I strongly disagree with this argument that gaining self-confidence is better than acquiring specific knowledge. The reason is follow as below.
First of all, More and more all of the world are rapidly developed by people who have high technology. All of things in our lives is related to knowledge, which helps people using machine, setting up building, making new product through revolution. Not self-confidence gained, but knowledge can possibly make our lives to be changed toward prosperity. For instance, Most people have been using internet with computers that obviously give us convenient. Advanced technology absolutely comes out from acquirement of profound knowledge learned.
In addition, giving self-confidence to student maybe cause some problems like pride, prejudice. Even though they have been learned immeasureable amount of knowledge from teacher, they are not able to control themselves in emotion, thought for considering about others. They can occasionally be self-esteem each other, which make a trouble of communicating with classmate even going out into the society. Only knowledge will lead to a person to succeed in their lives. It is important for student to gain self-confidence, however achieving a complete mastery of learning knowledge is the best way to live in the world, which is based on improving their power.
