People do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health? |
People cannot do nothing if they are not healthy. Nothing can come prior to physical health. Therefore, many people try to keep their health conditions good. Although there are a lot of ways to stay in shape, I have just two kinds of things in order to be physically healthy. Those are my regular routine life and daily exercise.
First of all, maintaining regular routine life is one of the most critical factors to stay in shape. I always wake up at six o'clock, and go to bed at midnight. This regular schedule prevents me to do something impulsive behaviors like drinking alcohol overnight or watching TV at night. Although I do not hate alcohol, and I drink it sometimes, I do not stay after midnight because I almost fall asleep after that time. To illustrate this point, my friends who enjoyed drinking alcohol almost everyday became fat and sick. All of them were thin and heathy before entering a college. However, those who controlled their lives regularly are still heathy and even better to look at.
In addition, daily exercising is also important to be physically healthy. There are lots of exercising that anyone can do easily. Jogging and swimming and trekking are the best examples of exercising that can be done easily. In my case, I enjoy jogging and swimming. Jogging does not need any instruments or tools. All I need to jog is a short pant and a shirt and running shoes. Swimming is also simple to do. However, the physical activities of those exercising are tremendously demanding. Therefore, those benefit every people, especially fat people.
To sum up, regular routine life and daily exercising are important to stay in shape. Physical fitness does not guaranteed by medicines or vitiamin capsules. It comes from one's own efforts to maintain own physical health. |
