It is an intriguing question because opinions regarding this issue can be different depending on individuals' perspectives. In my opinion, however, I strongly believe that a person who admits others' criticism is more likely to be successful in their workplace for the following reasons.
First of all, a person can grow when he hears the opinions of others and tries to revise it accordingly. Nowadays, the world has become diversified than ever before. This means that the viewpoints of the individuals can be different a person by a person. What is important in this kind of the world is that to be socialized. So if one wants to achieve a success, he needs to hear as many ideas as possible from others and adopt those to his own work. For example, I have two types of friends, one is good at listening to criticisms and the other is not good at listening to such criticisms. Interestingly, a friend who is good at listening to such as senior in his company gets more respects from others, while the other friend doesn't. This shows that a person can be successful in their life if they accept the criticism at their workplace.
On top of that, criticisms involve valuable lessons to the hearer. In most cases, there are reasonable things to be considered in the criticisms. This is because when people criticize someone, they want to tell people to be changed into that direction and this direction is generally right at the workplace assuming these criticisms are from the senior who has worked in the field longer. They know much more about the contents such as the company's policy. One survey was conveyed by JOB HIRING COMPANY, a company where helps employers and employees find a suitable place to work. What survey showed was the employers have a tendency to employ people who are good at listening to senior's criticisms. This is because, as mentioned, not always but generally, the well-trained seniors know more about the company and what the company has to do for the development. This also supports the idea that a person who is good at listening to criticisms have a more chance to get a job.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that a person who admits others' criticism is more likely to be successful in their workplace. It is my belief that my argument regarding this topic is effectively and precisely conveyed with the supporting reasonings.
