Next, the lecturer says that jogging would
not cause injuries. This is due to the fact that people who jog regularly get strengthened muscles. So, the reading passage’s assertion that jogging will lead to related
injuries is contradicted with this
Finally, the lecturer argues that jogging
is good for the brain. This is because a lot of oxygen can flow to the brain
during jogging and as a result, it could improve learning and memory. Therefore,
