become healthier. Depending on one’s personal background and personal experience,
one’s perspective on this issue can significantly differ. That being said, in
my opinion, I advocate that exercising regularly is the best way to become
healthier for the following reasons. To begin with, exercising regularly does
not allow disease and diverse germs enter a body. To be specific, imagine person
never exercises at all and only sleeps in one’s bed. Would it be possible to
live healthy? The answer will be no. People who do not exercise usually have a
lot of disease and easy to sick. Many doctors say that exercising regularly is
the best way to become healthy.
For example, my personal experience can be used
to validate I mentioned above. When I was middle school student, I did not exercise
at all. Since I did not like movement and physical activity, I usually stayed
at my home and seldom participate in physical education class. Of course, I sometimes
caught a serious cold or several diseases. Habit that I enjoy only comfortable
activities makes me weak person. However, when I became a university student, I
should enter the basketball club due to the university’s policy. I played
basketball game with my club member on every Monday and Friday. As a result, I
rarely have a physical problem or diseases. Thanks to the experience, I still play
not only basketball but also soccer with my neighbors.
On top of that, exercising regularly is the
easiest way to become healthy. In particular, having a positive attitude is
difficulty method because it is related with personal characteristic. In
addition, heavy work, many exam or assignment make people to have a problem getting
enough sleep. However, exercising regularly is possible in everywhere and anytime.
Commuting for bicycle, walking in short time, stretching are very common and
easy way to make healthy compared to other options.
For instance, my mother’s personal
experience can be exploited to explain I mentioned above. My mother is so busy person.
She goes to the company in week and has to work at house in weekend. It is so
difficult that she has a time to get enough sleep. Additionally, a lot of work makes
her have negative attitude such as trouble with me and father. However, she is very
healthy person because she always exercises routinely in everyday life. She commutes
by taking bicycle or walking and every night she stretches, looking video related
with health. Thus, although she lives very busy day, she never goes to hospital
or has a problem of physical condition.
In conclusion, I am highly convinced that exercising
regularly is the greatest way to make people heathier for the two crucial
reasons mentioned above. |
