Some people say that studying hard is more
crucial than relating well with people. However, in my opinion, keeping a good
relationship with people is more significant. This is because you can build
your human relationship that would help you later and also you will be able to
get used to your job. First, you can make your useful human network by getting
along with people. In this society, it is very important to have a social
network which can help you because we can't live are not living alone. If you have a good
relationship, they are able to give you a hand when you are in trouble.
Likewise, you can help them. They will be the best asset in your life. For
example, when I was in high school, one of my close friends, Tom, was not good
at studying but he really loved having a time with people. Everyone liked him
due to his good personality and he kept a good relationship with them. After a
decade, he became the best employee in his marketing department. Since he
always could relate get along with people, he was so talented in marketing. As result,
his ability to get along with people made him. (Bit awkward) Second, people who relate well with people get
used to their job easily. Suppose people who only have an experience to study in
front of the desk. Would it possible for them to do the best in their job? The
answer would be no. Since they only have done studying, new environment in a
company is not familiar for them such as a project with co-worker. (You can mention "team projects, requiring cooperation with colleagues) For example,
there was a survey conducted by Seoul National University. One group was
consisted of people who were relating well with people but their grade was not
great. Second group was comprised of people who were studying hard but they
were not good at getting along with people. The researcher confirmed how those two
groups get used to their job. The first group tended to adapt their job and
work easily rather than the second group. This is because the first group
people in the first group became closer with their colleagues so they could do their work together. (Why's that?) However, people in the second group felt awkward to everything because they
were only adept in studying. To sum up, people who are good at relating
people can make their human network much more easily. Moreover they are more likely to get used
to their job. In this regard, I think it is important for people to relate well
