▶ Your Answer : Some people might say that the people with complaining in person are the more preferable to others. However, in my opinion, i totally prefer the people with complaining in writing to the people with complaining in person. There are two reasons supporting my thoughts. First, when people convey their argument, the way they write their thoughts can enable to calm them down. Also, there are higher chances of express their complaint more logically.
To begin with, the method people convey their thoughts in writing prevent them from surge their anger. All almost people can not put up with their vehement temper when facing a person who is the cause of accident. There was a survey conducted by major department store with 200 respondents. The purpose of this study is to figure out what method is the most effective when dealing with clients with complaints. The first group convey their thoughts in person. The other group express their thoughts in writing. What they found out was intriguing. The group with conveying their thoughts in writing express their arguments more moderately and there is no haggle.
On top of that conveying their thoughts in writings leads to express their thoughts more logically. Actualy, writing is more flexible than speaking, so it can be modified whenever you want. I'll give an my personal experience to clarify my point of view. When i was senior in high school, my father and i were at odds. We talked to each other not at all and even didn't give any glance to each other. Then, by dint of school counsellor, i decided to write the letter with my sincerity and gave him the letter. Then, the surprise came true. My father came to my room and hugged me. It is the most precious moment that i could realize the power of conveying my thoughts in writing.
Taking making them more calm down and enabling them to convey their arguments more logical into consideration, it is the best way to express their thoughts in writing
