Many people might say that government can keep people healthy is to clean the environment. Clean air and water can make people more healthy. However, I think the government to keep the people exercise and make them to eat more healthy food is more important. Exercising and food are very related to health.
First and foremost, to keep the body healthy, exercising is best. When we burn our fat and extend the muscle, our bodies are getting healthy. The typical disease called obesity caused many type of disease. It makes ankle and knees hurt, and caused serious problem in organs. For example, I have a friend who is obesity, she always feel hurt to her knees because of heavy weight. Also she has fatty liver. She feels uncomfortable thing during her daily life. So she started to exercise to burn the fat. She cannot jump or run because of the knees, she walk 2 hours a day. Soon she loose her weight and get healthy. So government should keep open the campaign or make the park or gym that people can do exercise.
Secondly, food is very related to health. Government should manage the food. They need to check the food that made with right ingredient. Sometimes food are made with bad things. Usually cheap snacks are destroying kids health. And also there are so many sugar in the foods. Government should give limit that sugar should not used a lot. For the food, people can increased their fat or caused other disease. I was really surprised that when I went to the market, they advertise the juice that made with fresh orange. So I bought for my kids but their was huge amount of the sugar. I was decided to give juice to kids instead of the coke, but juice was also harmful to kids. Government should keep control the food that destroy the people’s health.
For these reasons, I think government should keep makes people exercise and control the non healthy food are the best way to make people healthy instead of clean the environment. |
