Some people think that getting enough sleep or having a positive attitude is the best way to become healthier. However, in my opinion, the most effective way to obtain health is exercising regularly for the following two subsequent reasons.
To begin with, to exercise regularly, people have to make regular timetable that consider not only their schedule but also their condition. Knowledge about their condition themselves is the most important thing to obtain health. According to Men’s Health, which is the most famous magazine about exercise and health in South Korea, 88.6% of people feel healthy when they have strict time table that considers their condition. Also, they recognize they are healthier than past when they exercise without time table. The truth is, people who exercising regularly have their own timetable and both exercising and rigid timetable are helpful for improving their health.
On top of that, exercising is helpful for one’s health directly than other ways. Running and walking is good for one’s breathing ability, workout with heavy weights is the most effective way to obtain additional muscle. For example, I run and do some workouts every day in morning, and whole of my physical abilities such as velocity of running or weight that can I raise up increased slowly but steady. And also, there were remarkable changes after I started regular exercise. Body shape was changed dramatically and it really encouraged me to boost my passion to exercise. Changes that can feel and see on my body leads people to exercise more regular to become healthier.
In conclusion, there are two big reasons to evidence that exercise is the best and most effective way to be healthier. Timetable considered one’s conditions and honest result of exercising such as improved physical abilities encourages the people to exercise regularly to become healthier.
