▶ Your Answer :
Some people might underestimate the importance of working with other
people because it is hard to reflect many interests. However, in my opinion , teamwork
should be prioritized concerning two reasons. First, a lot of members of a
group can gather a great amount of capitals to start businesses. Second, the
amount of labors can be divided, so that improving the efficiency of work.
To begin with, almost every start-up business needs capitals that
people possess. This means that there should be many people to work with
because they support the financial
capitals and they are also intellectual capitals themselves. This is why people who want to launch their businesses
contact their acquaintances to be supported. Frankly, this issue is like a
double-edged sword. Specifically, the more people engage in, the more conflicts
happen. Nevertheless, I think that the advantages of making a big group far
outweigh than the disadvantages of doing so. To give an anecdote, I will take a
story how Twitter can become one of the most available social media. It started
in a Harvard University in the United States. Its college students wanted to
make a creative platform used only by them. At first, a few
members developed a media called Twitter and posted on it some rumors that were
circulated around
their school.
They gradually
created useful functions by working together that were acclaimed even by
students who attend other universities. As time went by, many people initiated to strengthen Twitter and come up with creative ideas. In the result , most US
universities has considered Twitter as means to communicate short messages with
each other. Had it not been for supporters
who participate in, Twitter would not been able to be a successful communication
method among social media.
On top of that, the efficiency can be improved by
collaborating together in a group. There is no wonder that every person is specialized in one specific
area. In other words,
it is greatly helpful to make people engaging in works because of merits made
by adding all advantages.
Moreover,
members of a group can complement faults made from other members.
This is nearly impossible when there is only one person to work.
There was a
study conducted by Seoul National University with their students as subjects.
In an experiment, there were two group monitored. The purpose of a study was to prove the positive
impacts by working together.
The two group
were asked to have difficult nonsense problems that ordinary people cannot access
to. To be specific, each member of a first group should solve them alone in 10 minutes. In the
contrary, a second group were permitted
to cooperate with each other in just 5
minutes . The result was intriguing.
The members of
second group solved the challenging problems much faster despite of a short time. The
reason was that in the meantime the latter group wisely distributed the problems and resolved challenges together.
To sum up, working with other people is directly connected with
developing businesses and improving efficiency. In this regard, teamwork should
never come second place.
