There might be some people who prefer to do schoolwork or jobs that are not easy to challenging. However, I personally disagree with the above preference for two subsequent reasons. First, if work is not arduous, people can do it in a short time. Second, people can make the work more perfect.
To begin with, when doing not demanding work, people can reduce time for it. Generally speaking, challenging work means some task that is difficult to deal with. Therefore, it needs lots of time to solve. On the contrary, if the work is easy to handle, people can have more free time to do whatever they want. Let me bring up my personal story as an example. A few months ago, I did an internship at one cosmetic company. The company gave me not that many tasks that I could have more time to adapt to not only the atmosphere of the company but also other co-workers. Moreover, I could make use of the rest of the time to make practical plans after completing this internship. If I had had to do uneasy work at there, I would not have had such a time to consider various things for myself.
On top of that, it is possible for people to finish their work more perfectly. To be specific, if the task is not too much troublesome, people will be able to invest their time to do it meticulously. On the other hand, it will take much more time to resolve problems in tough work. Accordingly, the result of it can be lacked the level of completion. For example, when doing an internship, another intern, Suzy, had to finish hard work for her team, which was even not taught in university and not familiar with us. As a result, she made an uncompleted result and was scolded by a senior worker. In contrast, what I had to do was not picky that I could wrap up with a higher level of completion. This clearly shows that challenging work can make people confused and tired.
In conclusion, when people manage the appropriate limit of work, they can achieve it in a brief time. Furthermore, work can be done with more excellent quality. In this regard, I firmly think that not everyone prefers to do challenging tasks in school or workplaces. |
