▶ Your Answer : Surrounding environments are very important for children. Interplaying with surroundings is a key factor to decide whether children grow well. Some people think that rural areas are the best location to grow up children while others believe that a big city is good for children. Although these opinions have each advantage and disadvantage, I think that countryside is a great choice for children.
First of all, many environmentally friendly surroundings help children to broaden their perspectives. To be specific, children's inquisitive inclinations are not usually satisfied in a big city with concrete jungles. On the other hand, in a rural area, children can see various plants and animals which interplay with children's hearty curiosity. These environments help children to broaden their perspectives. For example, when I was young, I moved to my grandfather's farm from a big city. The first impression was not good. I missed video games in the city. However, after a few weeks, I just forgot about the games and I was fully satisfied with the colorful environments with animals and plants. These made me feel happy and teach me how ecosystems were interconnected with each other. Through this experience at that time, I was able to learn how the world is big.
Second, children who live in rural areas can lead a healthy life. Living in a big city usually esues large and small health problems. Many children who live in the cities have been suffering from respiratory disease due to air pollution. However, in rural areas have very clean environments as well as air. This helps children to be protected from numerous health problems by environmental pollution. For instance, my best friend Tom was born in Shan Hai that is the largest city in China. On account of severe air pollution in Shanghai, he had been suffered from respiratory disease. Thus, he escaped to the rural area in which I lived and his condition was recovered quickly. This shows that how the countryside has clear environments that help children to protect and restore from the disease.
In conclusion, the countryside provides beautiful and clear nature which allows children to broaden their perspectives and lead healthier lives. Children who live in the rural area can develop their minds by interplaying with nature. Also, they can live with healthier life with clean air, water, and soil. Thus, I strongly believe that children should live in the countryside rather than in the big city.
