diagram shows the stages how plastic bottle is produced.
Overall, it is clear that plastic bottle is produced through a six-stage process. These processes are required extruder machine, mould, and needle.
Looking at the illustration more closely, one can see that the processes begins when the preform is melted inside the extruder machine by heat. The result of this process is moved to mould. This is closed from three sides right, left and bottom. The next stage is the plastic is needled. Through this hole, pressurized air is injected inside the plastic. This process makes the plastic swollen and shaped followed by mould. When this is done, the mould is finally removed the way which is closed reversely from three sides. Finally, the plastic bottle is made as the finished product.
