The Emory University School of Law is a private institution in Atlanta. Among its legal offerings, Emory Law has a robust public interest law program, with student clinics ranging from juvenile defense to environmental law and a university partnership with the Carter Center, an initiative promoting world peace founded by former President Jimmy Carter. Law students can also get hands-on experience through projects at the school’s centers and institutes, including the Center for the Study of Law and Religion and the Feminism and Legal Theory (FLT) Project.
