그런데 제가 10.16. 원정토플을 보는데, 아직 어드미션 티켓이 안 와서 ETS에 메일을 보냈는데, 아래와 같은 회신을 받았습니다.

It is impossible for us to identify payments that are not accompanied by registration forms, order forms, requests for service, or letters of explanation. If we received and credited your payment to our account, the canceled check or money order will be returned to your bank. 회신을 받고 너무 놀라서 신용카드회사에 조회해보니, 정상적으로 승인이 났고 아무런 문제가 없다고 하는데 이게 어떻게 된 건지요? 아래 관련내용글을 검색해봐도, "등록이 정상적으로 되었다면" 어드미션 티켓유무는 별다른 의미가 없다고 하신 것은 있는데, 위와 같은 회신은 아예 등록자체가 안되었다는 것 아닌가요? 내일모레가 당장시험인데 황당하네요. ETS상담원이 어리버리해서 그런것인지요? 신용카드 회사의 사용내역을 팩스로 다시 ETS에 보낼 계획인데, 어떻게 된 내역인지 정말 궁금합니다.
