To begin with, the ownership of the device was gradually inclined year by year. The figure marked approximately 60% in 2002, and it reached nearly 70% after 8 years. Meanwhile, there was only near a 15% of people who did not finished the high schools had their own computer, but it increased to almost 40% after 8 years. Furthermore, the people who only graduated high school had their private computer less than 60% in 2002, but it soared to over 60% in 2010. Nevertheless, over 60% of people who achieved more than bachelor's degree had their computer in 2002, and it rose to above 80% in 2010.
