It is true that nowadays there are a lot of incidence of teenagers bullying in schools and many innocent children are suffering, as a consequence. The main cause of this issue is increasing amount of violent media. With the smart devices developing, many students have been exposed to harmful videos and images affecting children's behaviour. This phenomenon encourages them to follow impolite words and acts. For example, in Korea, the percentage of teenager crimes is increasing exponentially. According to recent news, a certain teen girl committed appalling murder several months ago. She only socialised through an unrevealed chatting app and acquired information related to terrible crimes in this online community, which eventually leads to an unexpected offence to victimise an innocent young child.
In order to solve, or at least minimise the effect, more feasible and practical measures should be implemented by government and parents. First of all, the government should reinforce media regulation with the intensive laws. While discouraging detrimental factors of media such as directly showing smoking and deadly weapons, we may be able to reduce teenagers' violence. Additionally, with parents and government regulations more keeping a close eye on their children from media and games, we can also solve this problem efficiently. Today, since the government regulates children from spending time on using PC rooms, students have lessened their recreation time wasting violent games and then the potential teenagers' offences have declined significantly for few years.
In conclusion, although there are a lot of considerable problems victimising innocent girls and boys in school, through the efforts of the government and parents, we can solve or minimise this risks less and less.
