▶ Your Answer : Some people might think that there is no better way to know a country than by going to museums. However, in my opinion, going to museums is not the best way to know a country. There are two reasons why; First, traveling is much better than going to museums. Second, going to museums is boring.
First, traveling a country is better, because you can learn about a country through vivid experiences. You can experience a country in person and learn many things such as their cultures or language. Direct experience is more accurate and helpful than learing in museums. For example, when I was a middle school student, I went to New Zealand. I had gone to museum about New Zealand, so I thought that I already knew much about it. However, I could learn New Zealand by myself throug traveling and what I learned was very different and novel compared to what I learned in museum. This shows that there is a better way to know a country than going to museums.
Second, going and visiting a museum is boring and it is hard to learn something. Museums are always quiet and they always show relics with long explanations. Many people feel it difficult and boring to understand relics and letters, then they give up to know about them. For example, last year, my friend told me that she went to the museum of traditional clothes of Korea and I asked her about museum. She said that she could not learn many things in museum, because leading long writings was hard and not fun. This indicates knowing a country by visiting a museum is not good method.
To sum up, traveling a country is better way and going to museum is boring and difficult to know a country. Therefore, I firmly believe that there is better ways to learn a country other than going to museums. |
