In this rapidly copetitive world, most people are extremely suffered from stress. Some people take a rest with watching television lying on the sofa and others are actively get along with their peers. Those who value having their own resting time alone might say that being with friends are more stressful and not effective way to ease stress. However, I do not agree that spending killing time alone is rather than with group. Because, through talking and gaming with friends are helpful for relaxing and being alone is more likely to feel lonely.
To begin with, as far as being free from daily stress concern, having time with peers is best way to relieve stress. Especially, from being scolded by your boss to concerning about next meeting with your client, frends are the most right person understanding your situation. Thus, only chatting and enjoy diverse gaming make you feel better and even will forget what you got stressed out. For example, last week, because of the number of reports and tests, my battery was almost running out. All that I wanted was sleeping or watching television in my room. However, as time goes by, I became more exhausted than before and I need someone to share my coreself. I called my friends, we spend time on talking and talking in the cafeteria. Amazingly,when I stay alone at home, I was in a gloomy mood but I awared that communation can be a good way to feel comfortably and ease stress.
