▶ Your Answer :Some people think that children who live in rural areas have more advantages than those live in big cities. However, in my opinion, urban children have more strong point than country counterparts. This is because those who live in urban areas have more chance to learn and the cities provide a variety of convenient facilities which we can use easily. To begin with, children will be more able to contact various learning environments in cities. Nowadays, young people should be exposed by good study condition all around the time for their future, if it were accidential or not. For example, a study was conducted by Future Sucess Association to determine whether study circumstances could affect people's life. The researchers monitored the young period of 200 who succeeded in their whole living span. What they found was intriguing. About 90% of them had lived in urban areas which had a lot of learning aids. And they said "Fortunately, I could get a variety of contact of study when I was a child and that were advantages for me." On top of that, there are a lot of buildings which can be utilized by any people readily, such as hospitals, libraries, health care center. And people can develop their satisfaction level of life as they use this facilities. For instance, when I was a young man, I lived in a large central city. One day, I had felt fever and runny nose. After a few minutes, I knew that I caught a serious bad cold. So I had to go to a renowned hospital to care my illness. At that time, I thought that near my house, there was a very large hospital. I rushed there, and the doctor saved me. By this experience, I thought that it was a pleasure to live in urban area. To sum up, the large urban cities offer many education guidelines, though rural cities have study institutions limited scale and the convenient modern facilities are more positioned in metropolis than countries. In this regard, I strongly believe that children should grow in urban areas not rural areas. |
