Some people might think that sleeping
enough is the most effective way to getting healthier or maintain their health.
However, in my opinion, thinking in a positive way and having an optimistic
attitude are the best way to get healthy very easily and I think you should be
health mentally in order to be health physically as well.
To begin with, becoming a positive person
is the easiest way to live as a health person. In modern society, people are so
busy for their work or study that they usually don’t have enough time to work
out regularly. For example, one of my friends used to maintain her health
through yoga, but she has little time to do that since she became a flight
attendant because of the irregular schedule. Also, she started to feel tired
very quickly because she didn’t sleep very well because of the jet lag. However,
in Korea, flight attendants are supposed to have happy smile all the time.
Therefore, my friend tried to smile a lot even though she felt tired and
decided to think positively even if something unpleasant happened. As a result,
it helped a lot for her health not to deteriorate anymore very easily.
On top of that, I think mental health leads
to physical health. If you are not healthy mentally, you could have severe
diseases even if you have healthy body. For example, a research shows that how
negative words can have an influence on a thing. There were two plants. Researchers
said negative words to one of them, and positive words to another one every
day. They observed this for a month. Finally, the last day came and it was
shocking. The plant which heard bad words every day was dying while another
plant was still growing with no problem. It proves being negative and positive
can affect someone’s health, even if a counterpart is a thing.
To sum up, being positive help people stay
healthily and it doesn’t require any extra time so people can practice on a
daily basis. In this regard, I insist on that becoming a positive person is the
best way to maintain and improve people’s health.
