because a healthy lifestyle needs the recognition of individuals and they need to carry it out on
their own. Certainly, the Government should help with advertising how to do for a healthy life.

C: First of all, the Government should encourage people to do some exercises on a regular basis;
secondly, children should be asked to go to bed early and attend the sports classes. Lastly, young
