NeXell, we do our absolute best to respond to our customers’ needs quickly and
effectively. Our customer service agents are available to assist you 24 hours a

Installation
Our
technicians can visit your home or place of work between the hours of 9 a.m.
and 5 p.m. to install your new NeXell internet modem and/or router. Due to the
high volume of customers, it may take up to 48 hours for a technician to be
available once you’ve requested installation. To make an appointment, call

Router Replacement
Router
issues constitute the majority of calls we receive. If your router is not
functioning properly, we will replace the device free of charge. Simply call
05323399 and speak with one of our customer representatives.
Report Poor Connectivity
Besides
router issues, there are other reasons why internet connectivity may be slow or
not working at all. There may be problems with our towers, a cable could be
cut, or bad weather could be affecting the signal. Whatever the cause, hearing
from you helps us track connectivity issues and get to the root of the problem.

Manage Your Account
Log
in to your online account to change or cancel your internet plan, take
advantage of special offers, or check your plan details.
Pay Your Bill
Paying
your bill is fast and easy. You can enroll for automatic payments via your
account page, or you can make a one-time online payment. Alternatively, call
one of our customer representatives at 05542233 to provide your credit card
information.
