Recycling
rubbish from homes is now one of the most controversial issues that people like
debating about. Some people insist that few of them recycle their not a lot of waste is recycled and the
governments should make a rule (뭐에 대한 rule 인지를 적어주셔야 합니다.), and while I partly agree with this statement, and I
also think the effort of people is crucial to make recycling be done properly make people recycle.
It
is undeniable that some residents do not recycle the rubbish from their home. Therefore,
I think the governments should make a rule
which impose heavy fines (재활용을 하지 않는 사람들에게~라는 표현이 필요합니다.) to encourage recycling by installing CCTV because
people are usually sensitive related to their money. For example, if there are
people who do not recycle plastics, vinyl or bottles caught on CCTV, they have to impose pay heavy taxes to the governments to be used for improving environment. As a
result, people will recycle better than the past in order to do not pay fines.
On
the other hand, although even if the governments make a legal rule in which people have to
pay high taxes (여기의 경우도 '재활용을 하지 않는 사람들에게' 라는 표현이 필요합니다.), rich people are able to throw their rubbish by ignoring them.
Hence, the effort of an individual is also essential to make people recycle trash
from their homes. For instance, people who have a wealth are inclined to be lazy
and deal with everything with money when they had have problems. For this reason,
the law will be useless and the mindset of people is more crucial rather than
the law in this case.
In
conclusion, it is true that some people do not recycle their rubbish and they argue
the governments have to make a legal rule to solve this problem, while I insist
that the law made by the governments and the efforts of individuals are both important
to make people recycle their garbage.
