It is true that the problem of waste disposal has been increasing all over the world and there is a controversy that whether it is essential for governments to make a law about recycling or not. I believe it can improve people to live in a better life.
When it comes to recycling, people may think that throwing their home waste away is quite a hassle thing. Nowadays many people live their hectic lives, so they pursue the convenience, which is one of important factors in the modern society. In this case, it is more likely to use disposable things such as cups, plates, and plastic bags by buying cooked dishes or drinks outside. What is more, to do recycling, they are asked to have enough space for several waste bins in their homes. It is less likely for people to do recycling voluntarily.
Although there are a lot of reasons of not recycling enough from household, making a rule of reusing is one of main assignments of nations, which is a crucial step to tackle this issue by implementing a couple of plans. First, officials can make people recycle in a specific day. In detail, People only dispose general waste in every Monday, then only throw away paper and plastic, which is avaliable for recycling in every Wednesday. Furthermore, installment of CCTV on the disposal places can be useful to watch someone who throw away randomly, so the government can impose fines when they did not abide by.
In conclusion, waste from houses is not well recycled because of people's busy life style and less of the sense of responsibility. Therefore, I think the regal requirement from governments is definitely essential by implementing projects like specific waste day and imposing fines. |
