Although human beings have achieved the
development of agriculture, there are still a number of people who go through
the hunger in the world. I will discuss the reasons for the phenomenon and also
suggest some solutions.
Many experts point out that there are two
main reasons for the inequality of food supply. Firstly, it is hard to move food from rich
countries to poor countries, although much more amount that some rich ones
would be in need of would not consumed thoroughly in the nations (여기는 댓글 한번 주세요!). This is because the
expenses to move it are extremely high, as numerous airplanes and boats should
be used. In addition, technology regarding agriculture could not be utilized in
the underdeveloped states. Since the devices and machines for agriculture are
expensive, people in The Third World cannot afford to buy them.
In response to this problem, I believe that
the rich countries have to be responsible for hunger around the world. To begin
with, they can encourage the national food companies to run their businesses in
the underdeveloped countires by cutting the amount of tax and giving financial
supports to them. (위에서 언급된 이동의 문제가 해결된다는 것을 적어주시는 것도 좋습니다.) Secondly, they can provide with the developed food technology.
They could give some areas under the poverty line food technologcial machines
that they have, but do not use anymore at a low price. Besides, they are able to
educate people in the poor nations for free and train national agriculture
scientists in the states.
In conclusion, I argue that (조금이라도 간추린다는 의미에서 수정해드렸습니다.) the lack of
food in the world has remained because it is too expensive for a few poor
nations to move food supply from others and they could not take advantages of
the technological advancement. However, I believe that the rich countries could
deal with this problem by moving the agriculture companies to the poor ones and
giving the opportunities to use and develop the advancement concerning food. |
