▶ Your Answer : Today, no one would deny the trend of convenience food on human being, making daily life easier and more convenient. However, some people emphasize the maintenance of traditional food instead of quick food. In this essay, I will explain the both opinions and disagree with eventual spreading the convenient one with following appropriate reasons. To begin with, it is inevitable that people have improved their life toward easy and fast behaviour in order to gain more spare times. It contains kinds of fast food, which give them more satisfaction. For example, someone who is not good at cooking can make delicious food using microwave in 3 minutes. On the other hand, it may be true in some extent, people have already noticed the importance of traditional food and cooking ways which take long time. Many survey is reporting the drawbacks of convenience food for health of body such as extreme sugar triggering diabetes, chemical colour materials, and malnutrition than home made food. In addition, the food which is used fresh ingredients does not pass by factory of which environment is not clean state. What is more, people always tend to adhere traditional things and come back to the root of them. There are quite many people to try to make traditional food and eat unique food in whole world. For instance, in many diverse district, many traditional restaurant of each other countries were opened by immigrant people who wanted to preserve their own food culture. In conclusion, it is upward trend to use convenience food increasingly recently, but traditional food will be remained finally by people in various efforts. |
