Your Answer ▼ Let’s
imagine there’s a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of
money. Some people probably believe that it is best to accept the situation.
They might think it’s hard to change and it need a lot of effort to give even a
try to improve the situations. Even more, there’s a risk to become even worse than
now. So, occasionally, some people have just expected somebody else to make change.
That’s truly realistic and I can totally understand them because it’s really
unpredictable and risky. However, I’d rather give it a try and struggle to improve such situations.
Because we can achieve our own satisfactory only when we, ourselves, act out.
There’s nothing we can earn without effort. So even though you feel fearful, just
try to change little by little. I’s not that super hard thing. First, accept
and change your own self. And then, make wider and wider the range changeable.
For me, for example, the similar things happened on my first
part-time job. It was pretty popular restaurants and customers endlessly
visited every day. It was so busy that my thinking mechanism stopped sometimes.
And even worse, my boss was so sensitive that she always tied up to every little
thing being angry, and she also overlooked me not working well just because
that was my first job. I was very tired and angry about the job, but as the same
reason that it was my first job, I determined to be strong and to make a change
everyone can notice. I worked even harder, trying to remember every little
element my boss tied up to, and studying how to activate myself by imagining
the work conditions before going to work every day. Consequently, I was
recognized by my boss, and she always believed and listened to me whatever I
did. Also, I could be always prepared to manage busy conditions of the
restaurant. |
