The
diagram illustrates the ingredients and manufacturing process of a fish pie.
Overall, fish pie production consists of eleven stages, including six steps of
preparing potatoes for pie.
As
regards production line for potatoes, potatoes are delivered up to one month.
Delivered potatoes are cleaned to the stage of peeling and slice. After
undergoing all steps aforementioned, potatoes are put into the boiling machine
and then chilled. Finally, stored potatoes are collected into a machine that
put them on the pie.
Looking
at the whole process, a factory receives within 12 hours and sprinkles lemon
juice and salt on the salmon. Following this, salmon is steamed in the oven to
remove skin and bones from it. Salmon which go through removal of skin and bone
is inspected by a worker to be ready for pies. Prepared peas, sauce and salmon
are put into a microwave container with prepared potatoes on the top of the
pie. A completed fish pie is wrapped and freeze to send to stores for
sales.
