Recently, the issue of making people responsible for local environment has become the subject of heated debate. Some people assert that governments should encourage people to be responsible for taking care of their own local environment, while others argue otherwise. Personally, I believe that both views should be given equal weight. In the following essay, the evidence supporting this contention will be discussed alongside relevant examples. On the one hand, it seems difficult to question the idea that governments should have to make that people who live in local have responsibility for protecting local environment. Perhaps the principal advantage is that through the government can more likely to easy making make people to get responsible for local environment. To be more specific, governments can lead people to compulsory looking after their own local environment considering that governments can press people to get be responsible. Another benefit is that government can raise awareness of local environment problems. This means is that government sponsored campaigns have a positive effect on people to get be responsible of local environment. On the other hand, it seems short-sighted to contend that intervening of governments for making people to get be responsible to local environment responsible merely brings with its positives. The most oft-cited argument against such a view is that it can be do that getting responsible for taking care of their own local environment without governments. For To exemplify, research conducted by Seoul National University has demonstrated that without government intervention, local residents made positive changes by protecting the environment. Another argument is that governments can cause people to become stressed. In light of the above, I also find these persuasive. In conclusion, it is undeniable that there are a variety of opinion about this topic. However, after considering this matter in a careful manner, it can be concluded that each side of the debate has its strengths, as discussed above.
