▶ Your Answer :
In the past, not all home appliances are involved by each household, while modern societies are becoming increasingly individualised and developed, having a car, a TV, and a fridge in a family respectively. In this essay, I will pose both pros and cons of this trend with some applicable supports and offer my own opinion.
To begin with, on the one hand, there are several reasons to argue the merits of owning home appliances. As first action, on the individual level, it is definitely convenient to use these things personally. Whenever people need to utilize them, they do regardless of places and time limits. Another reason is that, from the broad economic views, by buying new machines, it can make economic and manufatural market developed. In other words, by the developed economic market, our societies become revival by following the demands of people.
On the other hand, others contend that disadvantages are more than advantages of this discussion. Apparentely, there will be imbalance of people's lives. As people purchase things which are either very expensive and luxuries or ordinary and worse, the poor and ordinary people feels relative deprivation. Furthermore, from the environmental perspective, if people own their car, TV, and fridge made by industrial factories, it is able to result in some sorts of pollution. For example, the majority of cars emits exhaust gases, causing ari pollution. The TV and fridge also bring about environmental pollution, when they were made up and are used.
To recapitulate, taking into account both sets of argument, ther are some individual, financial, environmental issues, but I am of the belief that advantages of thes development in our society outweigh disadvantages. In the future, it is necessary to have own appliances for our society and each person and to find creative supplement for disadvantages. |
