Thesedays These days, Some some (대/소문자 구분) of companies' managers are tend to prefer to hire young employees who have young ages, (<-no comma) because they have more creativity than old people in business. I partially agree with the companies preferance, but I have another opinions too.
Young people are exposed to in new culture, (comma) like innovative technologies and globalization, of course they live with old people in same time, but they can control new environments easily because of young people's open mind and passion which can help juniors create different kinds of new thoughts. As they are used to dealing with computers or smartphones, they get more informations expressed in world wide. And Also, (and로 접속사 사용 x) they have great an important ability that they might be not known, they can more understand consumers better who aged from twenty to fourty. As through statistics on spreadly the internet , the rate of purchasing in the group is the most higest than other generation 이해가 안되는 부분입니다.
By many people thinking, that younger employees have more challenge creativity because of these (어떤?) environments, reversely, the senior people have some nice advantages which are evaluated to lower risk creative capacity. The older workers have various experiences in many business cases particullary emergency situations. Because of a variety of experieces, they can control difficult circumstances and react crises effectively and directly, so they reduce profit risks and damage. Also, (comma) their creative ideas come from their collected experience and information for many dacades in workplace and life. So, it can be safety and gives trustworth for leaning from their mistakes.
In short, young people can deal with new technologies and creative devices and have various access method, senior people have some creativity from happened experience and capability to cope with stress. If they collaborate each other by taking advantages, companies will take more profits and human resourse.
