With the
appearance of capitalism, humanity aims at making profits by priority. People
always chase money and find the jobs which they can earn more money than they
expected. As the times changes, however, the pursuit of individuals is also
changed. They want not only economic rewards, but also mental stabilities. I
believe it is unrealistic that job could bring perfect condition to individuals
because there are so many kind of factors for job satisfaction.
To begin
with, the first factor which can contribute to job satisfaction is money. It
can make people wealthy, and offer a number of materials and psychological gain
such as luxurious houses or opportunities of overseas travel. The thing, which people
should not overlook, is that people could earn huge salaries when they worked
very hard or achieved outstanding profits.
People could
be pleased by the sense of accomplishment and enjoyment. If they can feel a
sense of achievement or enjoy their tasks at work, they can choose those jobs
without enough economic rewards. The welfare conditions and working
environments can also be important factors to people who find jobs. Many
jobseeker consider how companies deal with their welfare services and
environments, before they decide to work for them. For example, there will be the
period of leisure times provided by companies or geographical conditions.
As above,
diverse conditions have influence on individual's job satisfaction. In my
personal view, it is impossible to land a job which have all of the conditions
because of the difference of each individual's desire. Therefore, when people
find their job, they ought to consider that which one can provide them more
satisfaction than others. 감사드립니다~ 복받으실 거에요^^
