The bar charts show levels of education of 5
different age groups, with pie charts illustrating education levels of female
and male in 2010
Overall, people of 24 to 35 years old were the
most well-educated group as opposed to the group of people over 75. When it
comes to gender, men were slightly more educated than women.
In terms of age, the level of education in
the group of age between 24 and 35 was the highest, with 76% of university
degree, exceeding those of the group of age between 16 to 24 and 35 to 50,
which exactly have same proportion with 71% of university degree, 20% of school
certificates and 9% of no qualifications. In contrast, only half of the people aged
50 to 75 took college education. However, it is observed that the least educated
age group is the oldest age group. Almost third-fourths of them have not taken any
kinds of education.
When it comes to gender, the percentage of
both men and women who have school certificate were same with 33%. But only slight
difference between them can be found in the rate of college degree, where men
took slight more college education than women, 32% and 29% respectively. |
