Due to media and gadgets development, now we can easily see advertisements everywhere, so we are exposed to and affected by several advertisements. In my perspective advertisement has an effect on the sales of products.
Some people think that advertisements have no effect for people. Some buy a certain brand of product that they have already tried and have proven the quality ,while other people try first the sample products before buying something. This means they do not rely on the advertisement and do not easily believe what is on the advertisement because they know that those are exaggerated.
However, I believe that advertisements have strong influence on the sales of products. Firstly, advertisements induce our interest about the product by explaining new technique or design. Secondly, when we want to buy something, we can remember it through the advertisement that we have watched before, although we were not interested at that time. Finally, advertisement makes us know the products well. If companies do not advertise, we cannot know the goods because, there are so many companies and they make various products every day. Especially, the elderly tend to rely only on advertisement, that is why, they have few chances to access new products.
In conclusion, advertisement plays an essential part in providing information to people and it is connected to the sales of products. Of course, there are people not affected by advertising, but there are more people influenced by it. This is why almost all companies advertised their products.
