Dear Sir/Madam
I write regarding the product of DVD player which I have bought from your department store on last weekend.
As soon as I get home with it, i played a new DVD title on it but unfortunatly it did not work. Nothing came out on monitor so i tried to pull title out from it but it stopped working totally. I phoned to the seller of the shop and explain what happened next day. The seller promissed to send someone to my home for replacing it as soon as possible. However, nobody comes yet.
I am one of those people who are considered as royalty customers and i have purchased at your department store for many years. I would like to have refund instead exchange and expect you would pay attention to satisfy customers with better service.
