It is obviously true that the way we consume and live has been constantly changing for recent decades. Consequently, it also affects our new generation, especially for their physical and mental health. Additionally, there are some people who argue it has badly influenced on children.
In terms of our diet for children, most children tend to prefer eating meats rather than vegetable and fish. It is never fine signal for them because the young are supposed to have well balanced >> 가운데 - 빼주세요 tables with different nutrients. What is worse, more kids are reportedly becoming fatter and obese than before. The main reason of this phenomenon could be, as I mentioned, the preference of meats, and junk foods. Alarmingly, parents need to realize and prevent their children from unhealthy and harmful diet, which might stunt or fatten them.
Furthermore, frequent use and even addiction of electronic gadgets, such as a cellphone, TV, computer or video game, is altering children’s life desperately and unfortunately. Unlike present generation, they often spend time on playing them, instead of outdoor activities and socializing with friends, which is critical cause of physical weakness. Besides, as they are often exposed from a radioactive electromagnetic waves, it can bring about potentially worse eyesight. Having less time outside in childhood is also a negative factor to raise their basic muscles, and reinforce bones.
To sum up, I personally believe that our change regarding diets, leisure, and life to children do not seem affirmative. Therefore, present adults, as a guardian of them, have to alter wrong things provide to better circumstances for their health and even the future.
