The pie
charts illustrate the average amount ('양' 이 아닌 '비중' 입니다. 둘은 전혀 달라요.) of three types of nutrients-sodium,
Saturated fat, Added sugar-consumed in typical meals in the USA. Overall,
it is clear that the figures of Sodium and Saturated fat showed surprisingly similar
trend. The both nutrients are consumed mostly in the at dinner and lunch, which
ranked the first and the second, and the rest in breakfast and snacks time , accounting for at least 60% of the total consumption. The
only difference with Sodium’s figure and Saturated fat’s is that Sodium is consumed
exactly same in Snacks and Breakfast (고유명사는 아니므로 소문자 시작입니다. 다른데에도 다 바꿔주세요!), which is 14% relatively, whereas the Saturated
fat is eaten slightly more in Snacks than Breakfast by 5% (비율 수치 간 산술적인 차이는 percentage point 로 표현해야 합니다. 즉, 5 percentage points 가 맞는 표현입니다.), with the figures of
21% and 16% individually.
On the
other hand, the figure of Added sugar (여기도 고유명사는 아니고요.) is totally different from the others’
figures, since the Added sugar is consumed mostly in Snacks and Dinner. (snack 과 dinner 를 같이 묶기에는 차이가 좀 많이 납니다. 그냥 간식에서 비중이 제일 컸다고 적어주시면 돼요.) Conversely,
Added sugar is consumed comparatively less in the Lunch time, with the value of
19%.
