Some people argue that intrinsic talents are a decisive factor to determine people's success in each field, while others believe that individual success is encompassed in the realm of constant education. I relatively assent to the value of environments which provide people with ample interest and drills. When it comes to inborn abilities, it is clear that some people who possess unparalleled capabilities show outstanding success compared to others because the starting point of accomplishment is fundamentally diverged. To clarify, a handful of prodigies' academic performances easily surpass that of normal students as their capacity of brain can process a great deal of information promptly, which typical learners could not covet. Therefore, these kinds of talented people easily produce results which sufficiently make history, with putting less efforts into the fields. Taking this stark difference, talents are a definite factor of determination on achieving success. From the perspective of an educational facet, individual accomplishment is commensurate with circumstances which can foster motivations. For instance, young successful adolescents generally have a good household atmosphere where supporters like parents catch their initial interests intuitively and teach knowledge involved. Even though there is an innate attention towards such fields, it is hard for people to realize their goal if conditions surrounding them are not favourable to their aspiration. Thus, it is essential encouraging people to find out a way of their interest and providing good educational basis. In conclusion, although prominent basic talents could be a decisive factor to realize tremendous success, I believe that encouraging atmosphere to promote personal motivation is important because they can bring about driving force towards success. |
